Service Description

The TOTAL GAINS workout plan is a beginner to intermediate level training program designed to help you achieve overall strength and conditioning goals. This plan will help you structure your time more effectively at the gym and ensure you target all major muscle groups throughout the week. With the option of additional cardio training days and exercises, this plan also aims to improve cardiovascular fitness and support weight loss. With the ability to incorporate different and more advanced exercises as you progress, this plan is designed to grow with you and ensure you continue to achieve great results. Book a day and time that suits you for a personal induction to the TOTAL GAINS plan. During this 30-minute session, we will walk you through the program, explain how to use the equipment safely, and demonstrate the accessories for different exercises. If you are interested in personal training or coaching afterwards, we can refer you to our in-house personal trainer, Matt. Let's make GAINS!
